"Hop-Frog" Edgar Allan Poe
There once was a king who lived in Europe during the 13 century.
The king and his seven ministers lived for practical jokes.
One day the king was given the best gift he could ask for. He was given two dwarfish sized jesters. One he called Hop-Frog and the other he called Trippetta.
Hop-Frog was a crippled dwarf that made jokes for the king. Trippetta was a dwarf who danced.
That night the king ordered his workers to put on a masquerade for his entertainment. Excited for his new jesters to attend.
In the wine cellar the king and his ministers gathered together with the two jesters. They messed with Hop- Frog and made fun of him. Trippetta begged them to stop but was pushed to the ground.
