Storyboard Text

  • Well thats the end of my slideshow. I hope you enjoyed it!
  • The knights quest for the lost relic
  • Later that week...
  • Hey mrs. Clark!
  • Hey Billy, I need to talk to you about your slideshow.
  • I'm sorry Mrs. Clark, I just saw some really good lines and I ran out of time on the project. I know that I'll get a zero.
  • So I was looking at your script and i noticed that it had an eerie similarity to some of the lines from a movie that I've seen. When I checked it out online, sure enough it was plagiarized!
  • What you did is called plagiarism. Plagiarism is copying someone else's work and claiming it as your own. Plagiarism is illegal and it can result in people losing trust in you and even jail time.
  • Thank you! I promise that I'll manage my time better in the future and that I won't plagiarize!
  • Plagiarism can even prevent you from graduating if its done on a large enough scale. Lucky for you I'll only give you a zero if you promise not to plagiarize again!
  • Billy kept his promise, working hard and managing school and play, one day graduating at the top of his class!
