  • The First Amendment Is freedom of speech and religion, giving the people the freedom to say what they want and choose their religion.
  • 1ST AMENDMENT
  • The Second Amendment is the right to bear arms, giving people the ability to own and use weaponry.
  • 2ND AMENDMENT
  • The Fifth Amendment states that, if proven not guilty, you cannot be taken back to court for the same offence.
  • 5TH AMENDMENT
  • The Sixth Amendment is the right to a speedy public trial, impartial jury, to be informed of charges, and to confront and compel witnesses to appear in court.
  • 6TH Amendment
  • The Eighth Amendment Protects the people against excessive bails or fines as well as cruel and unusual punishment.
  • 8TH AMENDMENT
  • Even though some rights are not listed in the Bill of Rights, The Ninth Amendment states that they are still rights and cannot be violated.
  • 9TH AMENDMENT
