However there are some things that help identify quality sources
You can see immediately if the site is a payed ad on the search engine you are using
Depending on the information you are looking for you may want to search using the domains .edu and or .gov, because these sites are typically more regulated than sites using .com
If the website is free for anyone to edit it's probably not the most reliable site. Take a look at the authors name and you can research them to see their background on the information.
