Storyboard Text

  • I had a new car... I was driving up to London by myself... It was a lovely June day. Ahead of me, I saw a man thumbing a lift.
  • I touched the brake and brought the car to a stop beside him. I always stopped for hitchhikers.
  • Going to London, guv'nor?
  • I'll bet she will.
  • Yes. Jump in.
  • One hundred and twenty-nine miles an hour
  • I'll bet she won't do it.
  • Then, he showed me what he does on his job by stealing my belt, watch, and other things without me noticing. He told me that he stole the police officer's books that he used to write our information on.
  • Easiest job I've ever done.
  • Then, we pulled off the main road, made a bonfire, and burnt the books.
  • Then, the police officer writes down our information on a book.
  • And so... I went over the speed limit and got pulled over by a cop.
