  • Adolf Hitler, the Leader of the German group called the Nazis told the Nazis that the Jews were the reason they lost World War 1 and said the Jews did not deserve to live.
  • Around 1933 the Holocaust started. SS, Hitler´s protection squad, opened  Dachaou concentration camp for Jews outside of Munich 
  • 11 million people were killed in the Holocaust. It was one of the biggest mass murders in History
  • On May 8, 1945 the Holocaust ended. lots of Nazis were killed for their crimes and Jewish concentration camps were shut down. The Jews were finally free!
  • Most of the privileges the Jews had were taken away by the Nazis, like going to the movies, swimming, they were expelled from most schools, they were banned from buses, trains, and cars, they couldn´t be outside after 8:00 P.M. and they had to wear yellow stars so that the Nazis could easily target them.
  • Many Jews went to work and death camps. Jews were treated like animals. Jews were the Nazis prisoners.
