This is how Mt. St. Helen's looked before the earthquake had occurred on May 18th, 1980.
Mt. St. Helen's was beautiful it had lots of gree, a bunch of animals, and a place where people came to camp.
This is when the earthquake happened in May of 1980 it destroyed and eliminated animal species, insects and killed 57 people.
People who thought they were safe never expected this earthquake to happen and it cost 57 peoples lives and everything was destroyed and everything was gone.
This is when primary succession happened it took about 1000 years to occur. Primary succession is when things start to come back to life.
This is when everything started to come back to life. All the trees and animals slowly started to develop again and it started to look beautiful and green.
