  • Total Wellness is when you are physically, mental-emotionally, and socially well. Physical wellness is when somebody takes care of their body, they don't neccesarily have to be fit. Mental-emotional wellness is when someone is stable and can function well with their emotions. Social wellness is when a person is able to listen and talk to another person while sympathizing/empathizing.
  • Selecting Physical Activites
  • Physical wellness is being physically healthy. This means exercising regularly and eating right to statisfy your body's needs. It is important to take care of your body phsyically so you are less suseptible to diseases and so you feel better in general.
  • Life Style Guidelines
  • It is important too look at your self objectively and see where you could improve your own health. Assessing your health then leads to adjusting your lifestyle which is important to do.
  • Nutrition
  • When trying to select a physical activity it is imortant that you try a variety of them to see which one you enjoy. Finding a physical activity that you enjoy is important because then you actually want to do it.
  • Lifestyle guidelines are the guidelines you need to live a healthy life. It's not all about being physically healthy, it's also emotionally and socially healthy.
  • Nutrition is consuming the food neccesary for health. It is important to take a look at your diet and what you are consuming to determine whether or not you are living a nurtritious lifestyle diet.
