Storyboard Text

  • Hi Orion! Come, let us be companions of the hunt together.
  • I would be delighted!
  • Good night.
  • Orion, would you like to come for breakfast?
  • Most definitely!
  • Orion was walking through the forest one day when he met Artemis in the woods...
  • If you don't mind, I have some work to do.
  • Then they went to hunt for the rest of the day, and sat by a fire and talked about their lives. Then they fell asleep. Apollo stumbled upon them and became jealous, thinking that Artemis loved Orion.
  • Apollo invited Orion to breakfast. Orion accepted, not knowing that he was in terrible danger.
  • Once they got to the palace, Apollo and Orion had breakfast. Artemis attended to her priestesses elsewhere. After Artemis left, Orion was talking and made Apollo mad. Out of anger, Apollo lashed out at Orion. Then Orion walked home. By the time Orion got home, it was night time.
  • That night, Orion had a terrible dream. He dreamt that he was fighting a scorpion, a big one, but couldn't beat it. He woke up the next morning, covered in sweat. He went to his front door, opened it, and found the scorpion from his dream. Orion fought well, but couldn't beat it. So he ran to a lake, in sight of the palace. Apollo bet that Artemis couldn't get the man in the lake...
  • Artemis killed Orion. Apollo seeing that his plan was finished, ran away. Once Artemis realized what happened, it was too late. There was no way to revive Orion. He was dead. But she put him amongst the stars. So that every night she would see his star. Then, Artemis killed the scorpion and put it behind Orion, saying that if you cheat, you are lying to your friend, and yourself.
