Chris received once more a complaint for wrong data in a report. He needs to find a way to avoid missing deadlines and provide high quality data to customers.
Another unhappy client, another missed deadline and once more the data is wrong in the report!!
Best case scenario Chris will figure out straight away the correct data he needs to use to respond to a request and create the report. If excel formulas are correct he will then be able to provide a decent deadline to the customer giving him some time to do manual checks.

If he receive a report back claiming of having wrong data or calculations he can first check if he can find the data in the local database and recreate the report giving an estimate to the client.
I am so lucky!!!
Worst case himself and the team will have to investigate to find the errors in the report and spot the correct data looking into clients' archives. If he cannot find the correct data he will have to get in touch with teams located in other locations in case they know where the data is stored.

After figuring out the correct data and errors what he need to do is provide the client with an estimate after also discussing with the team for making sure that all checks will be completed properly
this is so time consuming and again risky....
with the establishment of SAS software Chris will be able to have a gathered DB with all clients' data, automatic performance of calculations and generation of reports. This will save so much time and more clients will be happy
