It's already morning and Ivona has a lot of tasks for today. But how can she decrease anxiety and make everything on time?
I have a lot of work for next week, so better start today and have less work next weekend!
After her morning routine upstairs, it is time to go make herself a breakfast and after that plan her day. She takes a deep breathe and try to think positive.
I don't have to panic! I will make myself a good breakfast and then I will plan my day.
Ivona is making what she makes the best - eggs, salad and a juice. That's what wakes her up in order to start her day properly.
Now I will make eggs, a salad and a fresh juice in order to have power for today.
After her breakfast, it is time to go back to her duties and work on them. She decides to make a to-do list with all tasks.
Now after I already had my breakfast, I can go to the living room and make a to-do list with all my duties.
She goes to the living room, but the TV is left working. After writing her to-do list, she is interested in the film, which is on the TV and suddenly realize that already 1 hour is gone.
O fuck! I better go upstairs because it is already 15:30! I should throw away this TV!
She is already upstairs and hopefully already start doing her assignments. The anxiety is decreased with good music and watching at her to-do list.
