Well, I have to do lots of exercise to make my heart strong and healthy. It also makes my blood vessels more flexible so my blood pressure can decrease a bit.
Does exercise have any other benefits besides keeping a healthy weight?
Doing regular exercise gradually increases blood flow to the brain.
Do you also have to drink lots of water?
Of course, just like you do! Water helps rid the body of waste through urine and sweat and it is needed to help your nutrients correctly circulate the body, as well as keep the proper balance of bodily fluids.
