"We need to reverse the impact the Brown Decision has made on the US"
How the south wants school to be
How it currently was for school
For the Southern Manifesto separation of race is just following the traditional view of the Constitution
"Why was the Brown Case necessary for the government to pass?"
"Having these new desegregated schools are going against the traditions and the way of life us Americans have been living by for almost a century"
Overall the Southern Manifesto was a document that many people in the south agreed with since they still wanted to live in the Jim Crow times. They were determined to live the way they wanted. Having political leaders who agreed with them was the best way to try and get the law to allow segregation to be normal again.
