Storyboard Text

  • Hey guys! did you know that interphase is the stage at which DNA replicates and the cells perform it's normal life activities?
  • No way!
  • The cells also go through prophase after interphase, which is when chromosomes and spindle fibers start to develop and the nuclear membrane starts to break away
  • sick!
  • Then the next step is metaphase! in this stage, the chromosomes line up in the middle of the cell, and then the spindle fibers pull the chromatids away which is called anaphase!
  • And after that comes telophase! thats the stage where the cell membrane starts to pinch in and the nuclear membrane starts to show up again! Then cytokinesis comes and two new identical daughter cells have formed!
