- One thing Kevin excelled at was wasting water. He didn't realize its importance. He wasted water in the bathroom, where he secretly practiced his brilliant (or so he thinks) singing.
- I've had enough, Kevin! Do you not realize the importance of water?
- Another distraction was his pet dog, who thought that it was playtime whenever Kevin went outside.
- "There are many people around the world who need water. It's a shame that you are wasting it. We need to find ways to conserve water. Or at least not waste it. You never know when we'll run out."
- Even in school, he couldn't stop himself from showcasing his talent for wasting water. (He's lucky for not being expelled from school!)
- But his mom had enough. She took him to his room and gave him a long lecture.
- She told him about how people are suffering due to lack of water and how he should be grateful that water is available to him.
- Kevin made a mental note to stop his habit of wasting water and be more aware. He thought of ways that he could use water effectively in order to save water.
