  • Dear valued customers, my name is Ishan Raval and I am the help desk manager at Sheridan IT. The main purpose of creating and sharing the plan with customers is to get valuable feedback from customers, enhance customer and employee satisfaction keeping in mind the 3 important customer benefits in mind 1) Consistent service 2)Service at a reasonable cost and setting clear expectations. This plan also lays out plans made by the help desk members to improve customer service.
  • Mission: Cater as the single point of contact for IT support by providing fast, friendly and consistent service. Vision: Within three months operate the help desk with an abandon rate of 2%.
  • With all the processes and goals above the help desk at Sheridan IT has worked hard to try and improve on a constant basis so that the user's can obtain 1)Consistent service 2)Service at a reasonable cost 3)User's are informed what to expect.
