  • Hello class, today we are going to learn the journey of the oxygen molecule through the respiration system ,an important system of the body. The oxygen cell (molecule} is the most the important cell. It is needed by all our body cells to make energy. Every time you breathe you take in all sorts of molecules in air including oxygen molecule
  • The oxygen molecule takes a very important path around the body the respiratory system. The respiratory system is the path that the air travels through, into the lungs,to the blood and then to the heart. it travels through the blood stream to the rest of the body. It will go through the major veins ant arteries until it finally arrives at its destanantion
  • After that the red blood cell picks the oxygen molecule up as it passes through the capillary stream which takes it to the heart,which pushes all of the oxygen molecules around the body. The blood cell gives a signal to the oxygen molecules for an example the blood could signal the oxygen molecules to travel to the leg cell so then the leg will have energy to keep the person walking
