Yeah Mr blue it seems like you should only need to know how to drive
So like if your Headlights don't work then you could not see the deer that is in front of your car at night and you could get hurt
Thats correct Susie, If your car is not in good condition with all of its parts then it could fall apart or hurt someone
Mr Blue doesn't it have to do with keeping you safe from your car not working the way it is supposed to so that it doesn't hurt you or anyone else?
What about seat belts? Don't those count as car equipment?
Delaware law requires all occupants of a vehicle to be properly restrained in a seat belt or child safety seat. Officers may pull over a vehicle if they see unbuckled occupants inside. The driver of the vehicle receives a ticket for any unrestrained properly restrained vehicle occupants.
Thank you mr blue I think we understand the importance of having a working car when driving on the road.
