  • 1. Understand perspectives: It is important to understand that nothing is one sided. Think if you have done anything to the bully before.2. Ignoring: Usually when someone has a different idea it is good to listen to them but with bullying, the best thing to do is just ignore them.3. Recognize behaviors: You should tell your son to realize that there may be an unseen bully in his life4. Squad-up: In general if you have a hater that shouldn't stop you from interacting with other people, but in this case it will show the bully that he doesn't affect you5. Talk around: at the end the bully is still a colleague so at a point you should try to talk around to see how you can help him. 5. Be aware: so that the bully understands that you aren't afraid!
