To start any day right, I make sure to get 7-9 hours of sleep every day.
I shower every day to make sure my body is clean and I don't smell. I also brush my teeth twice a day.
Everyday I eat 3 meals to stay healthy and strong.
When I get home from my busy day, I always make sure to listen to music to relax my mind.
Before and after gym class I change my clothes and apply deodorant so I don't smell like sweat.
I play softball almost every day. It is a great way to keep active and make use of my energy.
