  • The discovery of oil
  • This looks like a very strange rock, I wonder what is this?
  • it looks that a strange liquid is pouring from the cracks.
  • The creation of the Engine
  • I finally have it, my invention will power millions of systems. This is my internal combustion engine.
  • Banning Coal
  • My name is King Edward, and from today on I ban coal in the whole England, the air is so dark and polluted.
  • This is a recreation of what could have been the first approximation to oil and petroleum. This both resources were very  important because they were the main source of power, this resources combined with inventions changed the industry because this allowed much more powerful machinery that was much more efficient than workers. This also allowed more creation of products creating more jobs in the cities. A whole generation adapted to new things and almost everybody went to the cities looking for money and opportunities.
  • The discovery oil came along with the invention of the internal combustion engine Developed by Nikolaus Otto, this gave a purpose to the oil. The engine became popular because powered many inventions that made products faster than workers and powered mediums of transport. This changed led to the creation of jobs like engineers and mechanists.  But not every thing was good, the internal combustion engine uses a combustion chamber that burns the oil he reaction between a fuel and oxidizer generates a high temperature gas that expands and moves a piston, this gas is released as co2.
  • The coal was the most popular combustion resources, and because there wasn't enough wood to use the brewers, smiths and craftsmen continue its use although it was against the law. Things got worse when the steam engine was created, the industrial revolution began and the pollution was creating acid rain and sickness causing death to thousands. Air Quality was a problem, the big amounts of co2 released were trapping the heat on the Earth, the greenhouse effect was changing climate all around the world.
