She tries to keep Mordred there by putting a spell on his cabin to where every time he tries to leave, he ends up back in his room. Mordred talks to his dog, Gull with a saddened tone. Hopeless of ever escaping. But don't worry they got out safe. If falling into a river is safe?

Knowing that there is no hope in fighting his fate after Merlin shows him the vision of his future, Mordred gets the Blind Harper to put his soul away but the Blind Harper puts his soul into a black raven and vanishes. Mordred no longer feels any pain of dealing with the thought of killing his father one day.

After Arthur kills Mordred, he awakens after suffering from wounds and looks up to find a black crow. "My son" he says.
