Newtonsfirst law of motion
I'd like to point out my defensive captains for this football season, Todd and Chris
It's been them two for the last 2 seasons
Excuse me son but what did you sign up for, oh yea right. Football! This is a gladiator sport, either you get stronger and faster or you'll never be one of my captains
Thats all you ever say. Get stronger and Get faster. Whats that got to do with spirit or trying.
I will tell you like this. Sad to say most positions on this filed is going to be based on your god given size. some of you have it some of you don't.
Playing defense, no matter how much spirit you got or hard you try, you will not be successful, without great acceleration, strength, speed, and power and other attributes.
The key of playing defense in football is understanding Newtons First Law of Motion. If an object is at rest it requires an unblanaced force for it to not be at rest. So if an object is in motion it while stay in motion forward with a constant velocity unless an unbalanced force acts on it
And as easy as that sounds, thats why you got to get strong because everyone has a resistance to someone trying to hit them which we call inertia in physics. The more mass you have on ya body in most cases means mor resistance or inertia.
And that's why you're not a captain buddy now start running
All that didnt sound so easy.
