Storyboard Text

  • Remember your seatbelt!
  • But why? It's not important.
  • Of course it is! Have you heard of Newons's First Law?
  • Umm, no...
  • It states that an object at rest will stay at rest and an object in motion will stay in motion with a constant speed and direction unless acted on by a force.
  • How does that help me?
  • Inertia... duh!!
  • Huh?
  • Inertia is the tendency to resist a change in motion. The seat belt keeps you from moving forwards.
  • I didn't know that! I'd better wear it!!
  • ...and they drove away happily and safely!
