- At the church, the Acadians were in for a surprise

- You have all been ordered by the king of Britain to be deported from Acadia. Your homes farms and live stock belong to Britain. You can bring along a few small house hold items.
- But, But, But
- Hurry up, the boats are leaving in an hour. Hand over the live stock.
- Hurry up and get on the boat.
- Meanwhile, in Acadia, the British didn't know what to do with the Acadians homes, so the burnt them as well as the barns.
- Well done men, the Acadians are gone. we have no worries.
- Don't you feel kind of bad for deporting them? Any guilty conscience? Anyone?! No, just me. Okay.
