Now, on to Día De Los Muertos which is a cultural celebration, mainly celebrated in Latin American counties and Mexico.
It's also celebrated from October 31st to November 2.
Since we are honoring the dead, we want to send them off to the afterlife. Here on the ofrenda, we offer them food and their favorite foods. Pan de Muerto and caléndulas, or marigolds, are also on the altar.
Halloween has monsters, but Day of the Dead’s main decor are sugar skulls! Homes are decked with skeletons and skulls
During Day of the Dead, people visit their loved ones at the cemetary and decorate their graves.
