  • Dogs Originated in Europe about 19,000-32,000 years ago from wolves. Europeans domesticated them
  • One breed of dogs is a beagle (left) Often dark colored with long overhanging ears. Another common breed is the German Sheppard. A pointy eared dark colored often dog often viewed as a very masculine dog
  • Dogs don't necessarily give products, but they help humans. All dogs are used for companionship and some are service dogs that help the blind by guiding them around. There are also police dogs
  • Dogs are litter bearing, meaning they have multiple offspring at once. They also are indiscriminate breeders meaning they don't have a specific season or time that they mate.
  • Dogs are carnivores, meaning they eat meat
