  • People always judge Steve as being a "monster" after he was accused of killing Mr. Nesbit
  • Look at Him

  • Steve gets viewed in so many ways and he is mostly viewed as a Monster.
  • i should just send them to jail
  • After the judge said this about steve it was followed by his attorney Ms. Obrien towards the end of the novel.
  • Steve is found not guilty
  • In Monster, Walter Dean Myers shows that judging people is learned through our society and learned by past generations
  • Steves family still loved him. They still could have criticized him in many ways because it is our natural habit to.

  • We always criticize others. The judge criticized Steve and i criticize others. Ms Klein always criticizes Ms Horst.

  •  On page ( Myers 276) it talked about Steve not being guilty he was so excited and he turned around and gave a hug to her but she picked up her stuff and walked away.
  •  His mother was close to him as she said "You're not just snatching my son off like he's some kind of criminal (Myers 125)." 
  • People will always criticize others. We are all different and others don't see each other the same.  I Criticize others because i think they look weird or different. in the book Steve was noticed as a monster by almost everyone.
