Native Americans live in the South West where it is very hot and dry. They use a method called dry farming were they tiny dams and canals to direct water to crops. They live in hogans and adobe. Hogans can fit one family and are made out of log or stick frames covered with mud or sod. Adobe is made out of mud bricks.
There food source is snakes, rabbit, wild turkey berries, and prickly pears. Men planted crops such as squash, been, and corn.
