  • whats wrong?
  • I didn't get enough sleep last night.
  • well thats not good you should always try to get at least 7 hours of sleep
  • and what if i can't.
  • then you sould try: taking cat naps, going to bed early, or if the situation does not improve try talking to your doctor
  • when you can't sleep you are usually are stressed and that can effect your entire body.
  • and if can get more sleep it should lower your stress and you should get better.
  • remember that if the situation doesn't get better then you should talk to your docter.
  • thanks, i'll remember.
