I didn't get enough sleep last night.
well thats not good you should always try to get at least 7 hours of sleep
and what if i can't.
then you sould try: taking cat naps, going to bed early, or if the situation does not improve try talking to your doctor
when you can't sleep you are usually are stressed and that can effect your entire body.
and if can get more sleep it should lower your stress and you should get better.
remember that if the situation doesn't get better then you should talk to your docter.
