The French and Indian War was a conflict between France and England.
Benjamin Franklin proposed the Albany Plan of Union, which was the alliance fro their own defense.
It was a war to decide which nation would control The American Empire
The Peace Treaty ended the war in 1763.
The treaty gave Britain, the land of Canada.
France had to give up a huge chunk of land.
Britain imposed the Proclamation of 1763 on the colonists which prohibited to expand the british army. The settlers had to stay east of the line.
The war cost Britain a lot of money so they paid their fair share. The colonists became angry.
