  • For awhile, South Africans were accepting the apartheid laws the South African Government made.
  • Stage 3: Revolution
  • South Africans were complaining about the apartheid system and how there country is becoming a white nation.
  • Stage 4: Recovery
  • Whites= all the rights Blacks= little rights
  • The African National Congress did marches, strikes and other protests to fight against white domination.
  • After many students were killed by the police in one protest, South Africans began to riot on the streets over the next months.
  • F.W de Klerk freed Nelson Mandela and worked with him to take down the apartheid laws.
  • These guys are right.
