  • Setting good goals that are achievable is very important. This is when the SMART goal comes in handy. SMART stands for specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound. Using this, you can create accurate and good goals.
  • An example of both physical wellness and SMART goals combined could be to dead-lift my weight at least 10 times a day for the next week.
