  • Negotiating With Stalin
  • We would need a guarantee that the independence of some countries to make that agreement
  • Oh..
  • We can't do that...
  • Can we join your alliance against Germany?
  • Nazi-Soviet Pact
  • I happily announce the Nazi-Soviet Pact. We will not attack the Soviet Union or become aggressive if they are in war.
  • Dividing Europe
  • Wanna divide Europe and take control of countries? Take out the West's allies?
  • Sure I guess.
  • Great Britain and France wanted to join the alliance against Germany. They wanted an agreement where some countries would be promised freedom. They couldn't promise this and discussions continued without any result.
  • Stalin and Hitler were discussing on the "side" and came to the conclusion of a Nazi-Soviet Pact. Stated that the Soviet Union and Germany would never attack each other and they would remain neutral if the other was in war.
  • Secretly, Hitler and Stalin decided to divide Europe in spheres of influence. Each country was to take control of some others. With little doubt of this not taking place and Soviet Union being the only ally before in the Western side this left Germany strong.
