  • Today is the day.. I am going to start working out. I only have 6 months to really get into shape. Today is the day.
  • How hard can it be to run a few miles and build some endurance?!
  • The gym is right here but I'm so exhausted. I'll start tomorrow for sure
  • Follow Me...
  • I really need to get into better shape before BLET. I only have 6 months to be truly physically fit. I cannot motivate myself enough to go to the gym and use weights, what do I do?
  • I am sitting on my bed, trying to self motivate myself. 
  • I am standing outside of the gym but I have had a long day so I'm just going to go home. 
  • Realizing that I have a short amount of time to prepare myself, I am asking a friend for some advice.
  • My friend takes me to the gym where she works out while playing basketball. She finds that doing something she loves to do helps her reach her goals easier. 
  • I decided to go to the court with my friend because I too loved to play basketball. We go four times a week and play pickup games and run laps.
  • With support from my friend and additional confidence in myslef, I am running miles on the track further preparing for BLET.
