  • Oh no! Not another one!
  • Good Morning Class! Today we are going on a field trip to learn about Gravity, Friction, Elasticity, and Magnetism!
  • Friction keeps the bus is place from sliding away off the road.  It holds everything on Earth in place and lets things not slide away.
  • Even before we start there are forces acting right now! The bus is using electricity which is created by magnistism. Magnets inside the bus repel and attract to create the needed electricity for the bus to move.
  • Can we go on the ride? This is boring!
  • Now, this Leap Frog ride relies on gravity to come back down. Gravity is an invisible force that pulls the seat back down to the ground. The goal of gravity is to pull things to the core of the Earth
  • The ride also relies on elastic force. Elastic force lets the ride bounce up and down. 
  • Elastic Force allows the ride to stretch up and down then return to its original unstretched state.
  • Magnetism is an invisible force. Friction is the resistance and object encounters when going over another.
  • THIS IS GOING TO BE AWESOME!!
  • NOT REALLY! I HOPE GRAVITY AND ELASTICITY SAVE US!
  • Gravity pulls back to the center of all planets. It has an effect on the weight and mass of an object.
  • Looks like everyone had a great time! They're out like a light! Just wait until their next trip!
  • The cord creates resistance against the gravity when the cord is stretched far enough, elastic force pulls the cord up then gravity pulls it back down.
