  • Jackson wants to protest WWIII, but cannot because the police officer says it is illegal (because there is no Bill of Rights).
  • No More War
  • Ban the war!!
  • That's illegal.
  • Jackson is placed under arrest but he does not receive the "Miranda Warning" from the police officer.
  • You're under arrest!
  • The police officer then searches Jackson's car for no reason and found a gun which he legally owns
  • Jackson is thrown in jail for 2 months and begins to forget what happened when he got arrested.
  • At trial, Jackson asks the witness if he saw him protesting peacefully but the witness doesn't answer. The judge views the evidence and declares Jackson guilty.
  • Was I protesting peacefully?
  • I won't answer.
  • After his release from jail, Jackson decided to create a draft called the "Bill of Rights" which explains the rights of the people. He sent it the state which relayed it to Congress who then approved it through a series of events and now sits in the Constitution.
