Jackson wants to protest WWIII, but cannot because the police officer says it is illegal (because there is no Bill of Rights).
No More War
Ban the war!!
Jackson is placed under arrest but he does not receive the "Miranda Warning" from the police officer.
You're under arrest!
The police officer then searches Jackson's car for no reason and found a gun which he legally owns
Jackson is thrown in jail for 2 months and begins to forget what happened when he got arrested.
At trial, Jackson asks the witness if he saw him protesting peacefully but the witness doesn't answer. The judge views the evidence and declares Jackson guilty.
Was I protesting peacefully?
I won't answer.
After his release from jail, Jackson decided to create a draft called the "Bill of Rights" which explains the rights of the people. He sent it the state which relayed it to Congress who then approved it through a series of events and now sits in the Constitution.
