The people get to decide what they want to buy and sell, what they want to make, and how they want to invest. This replaces mercantilism and more and more independent businesses start popping up.
People begin flocking to more urban areas and begin to have conflict with one another.
Mass producing and manufacturing begins and the amount of jobs grow. There is no more mercantilism. We are independent economically.
The Free Enterprise System
Natural resources make it so that the U.S. doesn't depend on Europe and mercantilism. It encourages the Free Enterprise system and the development of and independent economy.
The Industrial Revolution leads to a more independent economy, more jobs, and more people begin to move to the city. The revolution encourages the urbanization of the time period and the growing economy established by the War of 1812.

Industrialization leads to better transportation and economy. It also leads to more home based manufacturing and independent businesses supported by the new economic system.
