The storyboard is about a girl that witnessed her friend dying right in front of her because of a polices mistake.
Starr(girl on far left) and Khalil(boy on far left) are partying at a friends house for about three hours. They pass curfew so it's time to go. Polices were roaming around the neighborhood to see any unusual activity.
Starr and Khalil leave the party and gets stopped by a police cruiser. The police was asking unusual questions. The officer made Khalil get out of the car for no reason. As the officer is looking at his information Khalil bends down to make sure Starr was ok. "Starr are y....". The police shot him 3 times
The day of Khalid's funeral almost the whole community was there. After the funeral was over a woman approaches her and offers to be her lawyer. But Starr was not ready to face reality.
After everything was rounding up the family/community members started to protest justice for Khalil
JUSTICE FOR KHALIL
Starr and her family finally goes to court with the officer who shot Khalil to see if him and his family can get justice from that particular event.
Starr's parents told her that the police ended up getting justice instead of Khalil.
