What if I get diabetes ??
I dont want to get type II diabetes..
Type II diabetes is one of the leading causes of death in the United States. Type II diabetes is a disease where a person's glucose (sugar) levels in the blood are higher than usual. Roughly 29.1 million people have it.
Some symptoms of type II diabetes include extreme thirst, excessive peeing, drowsiness, blurred vision and numbness in both hands and feet. Those with the disease and family members may be wary about what is being eaten.
I need to get some food with lots of fiber
You can not control some risk factors, such as distribution of fat, family history, race, and age. Sometimes type II diabetes is given by heredity.
Don't let type II diabetes chase you down! Get out and exercise!
You can protect yourself by exercising a lot, not smoking, not stressing yourself out, and getting enough sleep. If you don't make sure to do those, you are leading yourself to get the disease.
Some actions you can take to reduce the risk include eating healthy, losing extra weight, exercising regularly, getting plenty of sleep and eating lots of fiber and whole grains.
