  • The colonists are following the British to slow them down.
  • I know but we still have to follow Washington's orders.
  • The guerrillas are slowing down the British.Also did you know Francis Marion is one of the gurrillas so he is helping us a lot.
  • Sir Henry Clinton told Cornwallis to run the war in the south but General Greene is following him trying to slow Cornwallis down. So Cornwallis leads the loyalists through the southern back country.
  • I am getting tired of running.
  • We have to keep moving General Greene is getting closer.
  • General Greene is carring out Washington's plan.The plan is working well the patriots are slowing down the loyalists.This time they don't need any allies to help them.General Greene thinks Cornwallis is going to quit soon.
  • Great that is good because I am getting a little tired.
  • Great job keep it up and sooner or later Cornwallis will get tired and stop running.Then Washington will be so proud of us.
  • Great because I am tired of running
  • The British got tired of running around the south so Cornwallis moved the army to Yorktown to get a rest from the patriots.

  • Don't be angry guys we only stopped to get a good rest.
  • Washington was very happy that the patriots tired out the loyalists. Washington said thank you to all the patriots and General Greene for all there work.
