Can I please have someone water to drink?
This story begins with a young lady named Winnie. She is 10yrs old. Her family lives in Treegap a small town. The family owns woods that are very valuable. However Winnie is tired of not being able to enjoy these woods like she wanted to.
As Winnie was thinking if she should leave or stay. She found this boy in the woods drinking from this spring . She is looking at him from behind a tree. She was going to find out a secret.
Winnie found out the secret if you dink from the water you will live forever! The Tucks were a family who drank from that spring and now lives forever. The boy that was drinking from the spring was Jesse Tuck he was a boy who had drank from the Spring. Mae and Miles Tuck drank from the spring but now that Winnie knows the secret they will kidnap and take her to their house so she can talk to Angus Tuck ( THE FATHER!)
"So," said Tuck. "Two years. She's been gone for two years."
Winnie has been happy living with the Tucks. Winnie gotten used to being with them. However the man in the yellow suit knew where they were at. So he made a deal with the Fosters that if he found Winnie he would get to keep half of the woods. He went then to find them. When he found the Tucks home he offered them an idea, but they didn't accept. So he decided to take Winnie with him to proceed his plan. However in that moment Mae waked him in the head!
Mae is in jail. The man in the yellow suit died. Winnie is now back home with her parents. Since Mae killed the man she will now be sent to the gallows. The problem is that if she goes to the gallows everybody will find out that she cant die and will live forever. The Tucks have the plan to bring back home. They are going to take her out of jail and put Winnie in her place.
A long time has passed Winnie decided to give the water Jessie had gave to her from the spring to a frog. it has already passed years and Winnie decided to live her life and not drink from the water in the spring. Mae and Angus come back to Treegap and find out that the Woods are gone and Winnie has died.
