- Yes Of Course!
- I've seen this man outside the office for a while now. Is it ok if I see how he's going?
- Hey. How are you going?
- Not so good. I'm really not ok.
- I came to ask my boss if I could take a break from my work to see how a homeless man was going. I recognised that he has been in the same spot for a while now and was starting to get worried about what might happen to him.
- My life is falling apart. I'm completely lost and hopeless.
- It will be ok. You can talk to me. Please don't be sad or feel that you can't do anything.
- I was determined to make sure that he was feeling ok. When I came closer I saw that he was distressed and anxious about something. I knew that it was urgent for me to comfort him.
- Will they accept you buying food for me?
- Don't worry. The main important thing is you being safe, healthy and happy.
- I slowly wandered up towards the man. He seemed extremely depressed and in need of comfort and support. It was my responsibility to offer assistance to him in any way possible.
- You're more than welcome. I'm happy that you're ok now.
- I can't thank you enough. You've truly changed my life. I'll remember you.
- The man started to break down in tears. I was feeling so sympathetic to him. What was his situation and how bad is it? I offered all my dearest support and confirmed to him that it will be ok.
- The man explained to me that he was recently robbed. He was left with nothing and didn't know where to go. I told him that I will take him to get some food and we can further work out his situation after that.
- We then made our way to a coffee shop after getting groceries. I wanted to make sure that he was fed and maintained adequate health for his wellbeing. He thanked me and I felt fulfilled in what I have done.
