But as time went on I finally got used to my new life in Brampton.
And that's the story of when me and Mom migrated to Brampton. Migration is usually referred to when animals, like butterfly's leave their home to find a new home when the weather gets colder. But it also can be used when people leave their homes, like me and Mom did. People leave their homes for many reasons such as safety, climate, employment or in my case, flooding. People also choose where they want to migrate to based on push and pull factors. A pull factor for me and Mom was the safety in Brampton but a push factor was having to leave my friends behind.
At the end of the day, life in Brampton is quite pleasant and Mom and I are enjoying it.
