  • Alright John here is the PCXR we took of your heart down in the ER. You have about 5 liters of blood running through you right now.
  • How can I improve my health Doctor?
  • Eating right is the number one step for you, John. Also, exercise often. Not drinking bad fluids also helps. One more thing, do not smoke!
  • Nobody likes being stressed about. Relieving your stress can have many benefits. One would be lowering your blood pressure. Another would be reducing HR by 5-10 bpm. The average adult HR is 60-100 BPM. A perfect resting HR is 60-80 bpm.
  • There are 3 ones that people use around us all the time. Hypertension Medication is a very common one
  • There are over 6,000 Cardiovascular Medicines on the US market alone
  • There are 2 types of exercise, aerobic and anerobic. Here we will discuss aerobic. Arobic is the use of oxygen for muscles contract. Swimming is a common aerobic exercise.
  • Hey, Doctor. I remember doing this when I was in HS. This is called anerobic exercise. This is meant to build power and endurance. It does not require oxygen.
