  • Supreme Court
  • We did pass the Judiciary Act of 1789...
  • Plus, you have the power to give me a writ, so why not?
  • No. You will not get a writ because the Constitution does not state that we can decide on your case. Sorry, we cannot get you your commission.
  • Please take note: You can only start here if all you want is a mandamus.
  • Supreme Court
  • This makes the law that we passed in 1789 unconstitutional...
  • Judicial Review allows the supreme court to review and rule over other branches acts. This is important today, because it lets us declare laws unconstitutional.
  • How come my case was the first time they used Judicial Review?
