  • Carnavon and Carter
  • Found Stairway
  • King Tut's Seal
  • There were two men named carter and Carnavon who have been looking in the valley of the kings. They are looking in a specific spot for King Tut. They have been looking for 6 years. They are looking in the center of the valley of the kings. They are going to dig though every inch of the area. For 6 years they do not have a lot to show for.
  • Going inside
  • They were digging on the forth day when everybody stop working and Carter saw what they saw. By the next afternoon he could see the upper stairway. After digging a little more they found a doorway and twelve steps. he needed self control to not knock down the door. T^hey were congratulating each other for the discovery.
  • No Coffin
  • Carter waited Carnavon to open the door. When Carnavon saw the door he saw there was a seal on the door. At first they did not knows who's it was but then they saw it was King Tut's. They thought that either lay King Tut or King Tut's treasure.
  • Little Cellar
  • They open the door and were so excited to see what was inside. They saw the door had been opened and re closed, but next they still opened it. There was another door that had the same markings. When he poked a hole though the door he could see nothing . Then he saw the gold, couches, status, vases, beds, and chairs.
  • They got in there and saw there was no coffin they thought it was a hiding place for treasure. They saw a guarded door and they said they were in a antechamber and behind that door would be a whole series of rooms. Then they got into the inner chamber, but the robbers were stopped but not before getting to the inner camber.
  • First they found a little door behind the couch. Then they shined there flashlight down there and saw that it was in a mess and that the officials had tried to clean it up. Then they crawled down the little hole to see the job before them would take a long time. They said it would take a monumental task to photograph, label, mend, pack, and ship all the furniture, clothing, food, chariots, weapons, walking stick, jewels, and the treasure.
