Macbeth, Lady Macbeth, Malcolm and Macduff are mourning the loss of King Duncan, as Banquo walks in and Macduff tells him about the news.
Who can be wise, amazed, temp’rate, and furious,Loyal, and neutral, in a moment? No man.
Donalbain and Malcolm enter. Malcolm is informed of the news, the passing of his father, by Macbeth.
What should be spoken here, where our fate,Hid in an auger hole, may rush and seize us?
Lennox is accusing Macbeth of not being more attentive to King Duncan and his living circumstances and Macbeth is feeling regretful and apologizing.

Macbeth is explaining why a man cannot ever be loyal. He is detesting that he could not have saved King Duncan from his death.
Donalbain is discussing with Macbeth, that they should calm down before our anger takes control and we do something rash and out of control.
Banquo tells them to calm down and discuss the killing of King Duncan.
