  • The Tuileries was attacked by an armed mob. This overwhelmed the swiss and the Royals family fled.
  • French people overthrow their absolute monarchy and bring about a republic that was based on the principles of equality, liberty and fraternity.
  • One day after being convicted of conspiracy with foreign powers and sentenced to death by the French National Convention, King Louis XVI is executed by guillotine in the Place de la Revolution in Paris.
  • This was a very violent time in the French Revolution. They wanted to get rid of all the enemies.  
  • Please Dont!
  • Marie Antoinette was declared guilty of the three main charges against her: depletion of the national treasury, conspiracy against the internal and external security of the State, and high treason because of her intelligence activities in the interest of the enemy; the latter charge alone was enough to condemn her to death.
  • Please Don't. I'm innocent I did not do it!
  • He defended himself against charges of dictatorship and tyranny, and then proceeded to warn of a conspiracy against the Republic. He was proven guilty and later executed.
