Storyboard Text

  • During this time of the year, Egypt is experiencing a drought right before the annual flood.
  • We shall wait for the annual flood. Get the slaves to replant the crops.
  • Your Majesty, the drought has only left us with enough water to drink. All of our crops have died.
  • Why must we work when there is no drought?! We are planting crops for nothing!
  • Have faith in your emperor.
  • Days went by as no flood arrived, and Egypt fell into famine.
  • On one fateful evening, the flood arrived, flourishing all the land. After days days and two nights, plants began to sprout.
  • That is good. The annual flood has saved us once again.
  • Your Majesty! The crops are growing!
